For your convenience, we have arranged airport transfers for our guests to and from CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Please submit your travel information by october 10, 2025.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE

Your flight should be scheduled to arrive at Cancun International Airport. After disembarking from your international flight, please:

• Pass through immigration.
• Claim your luggage.
• Clear customs.

Proceed directly to the Ground Transportation Exit (please avoid the Friends and Family exit).

After passing through the sliding glass doors, you’ll enter the official greeting area where various representatives will be waiting with banners. Look for our staff dressed in black holding a sign with Kristen and Matt’s Wedding clearly displayed for your convenience and easy identification.

PACKING LISTS AND TIPS

  • Write down your passport number, or other travel documentation, or better still, make a copy of the front page. This can be very helpful if you lose any of your documentation and have to get it replaced. The six-month rule is a common requirement. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of your entry or departure to or from the country you are visiting. It is the minimum buffer before your passport expires to be accepted by immigration in another country. To ensure smooth travel, be sure to check your expiration date as early as possible.

  • Identify your luggage with a sticker or brightly colored ribbon. Make sure there is a luggage tag on it with your name and contact information. Also a good idea to put this information inside your luggage, as well as the name of the hotel you are staying at.

  • Before you start packing, check with your airline to see what items are allowed in your carryon luggage, and size and weight restrictions for carryon and checked luggage. (ie. there are restrictions/bans in place on liquids, creams, gels, etc. in carry-on luggage.)

  • Insect repellent with DEET

  • Batteries and phone chargers.
